Return and Refund Policy

We want customers to feel confident and satisfied with every purchase. This Return and Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns, replacements, and refunds are accepted for skincare and hair care products.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, skincare and hair care products can only be returned under limited circumstances. A return may be accepted if:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or leaking.
  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The product received is expired or tampered with at the time of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Conditions for Return Approval

To process a return request, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused and unopened.
  • The product must be in its original packaging with all seals, labels, and tags intact.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.
  • Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging may be required for verification.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened or used skincare or hair care products
  • Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery
  • Products purchased during special promotions, clearance, or sale (unless defective)
  • Products returned without original packaging

4. Return Request Process

To request a return, customers must contact customer support and provide:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos or videos showing the problem

5. Replacement Policy

If the issue is verified and approved, the product may be replaced with the same item at no additional cost. Replacement is subject to product availability.

If the same item is not available, a refund may be issued instead.

6. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

7. Return Shipping

If the return is approved due to damage, defect, or incorrect delivery, return shipping costs will be covered.

If the return request does not meet the eligibility criteria, the return may be declined.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
